What's the refund policy?
All tickets will be non-refundable upon purchase.
Is my ticket transferable?
You may transfer your ticket to another another CINC Event in the same year you purchase the ticket. You may transfer your ticket to another person by notifying CINC Training by email at CINCevents@cincpro.com If the ticket is not utilized within 12 months of purchase, the ticket is no longer valid and the ticket will be applied towards the cost of the events.
I plan to bring my whole team, are there discounts for buying multiple tickets?
If you by 3 more more tickets to a CINC University event (same event, same purchase) you will receive a $50 discount for each ticket - 3 or more. The discount is automatically applied at checkout based on quantity.
